Political Canvasser

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the public and promoting our organization's initiatives. Duties:

Conduct on-field canvassing to engage with residents and provide information about our organization's mission and goals
Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to build rapport and gather feedback
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing accurate information
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation skills to persuade individuals to support our cause
Experience in door-to-door canvassing or similar field work is preferred
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
Sales experience is beneficial but not required

Team Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Voter Registration and Door to Door Team Lead. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to make a positive impact in the community.

Duties:

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of a canvassing team.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Supervising or team leadership experience is beneficial
Familiarity with canvassing techniques is advantageous

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in canvassing and voter registration activities
Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a team effectively
Marketing and customer service skills to engage with diverse communities
Demonstrated ability in door-to-door sales and outreach
Bilingual. Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Strong negotiation skills to navigate various situations effectively
Previous experience in political campaigns.
